Return Policy

Our return policy applies for ten days from receipt of the product. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase by emailing info@verecharge.com.

In some cases, only a partial refund can be given:

  • For any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
  • For any item returned more than ten days after delivery.
  • Please note that gift cards are non-refundable items.

Refund policy

Following the reception and examination of the item you have returned, we will send you an email to confirm the reception of the item and to inform you of the decision regarding the approval or refusal of your refund request (see return policy).

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit equal to the amount paid minus 10% (transaction and administration fees) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

Don’t see your refund on your statement?

Your refund may appear on your credit card statement on your purchase date. It is essential to look at your online card statement to see where the original transaction appears. The credit transaction may appear differently if you view your printed card statements. It is also possible that your refund will appear on the actual date made. If you do not see your refund on your account, your credit card issuer can guide you through how it was recorded. However, if your credit card issuer confirms that the refund does not appear on your account, you can contact us by email at info@vemedia.com.
